This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, contemporary yet charming condominium is ideally located only 2 blocks from the idyllic beaches of Shangri-La, the very much happening Mamita's beach club, and only a block away from the vibrant 5th Avenue. Capri II is a brand new development in Playa del Carmen's lively little Italy quarter with it's array of small restaurants, cafes and popular night spots. The spacious master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, ample closet space and an equally spacious en suite bathroom with a heavenly rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a large closet. The second bathroom is likewise as large, includes the rainfall shower, however can be accessed from the living room. The kitchen, although small is highly functional. The contemporarily designed living room offers two sofas, a TV, DVD player and stereo system and is divided only by a floor to ceiling wall of glass from the balcony with its seating set and overlooks the garden and swimming pool
