Excellent property, best location

I traveled with my wife and son (8 yrs). The apartment location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is at a very short walking distance from theather district, Times Square and the Greyline tour buses. What a difference between the apartment's front street and Times Square!!! The public area (plaza) next to the building is extremely safe, relaxing and elegant. It is perfect to relax and rest after a busy day (or night!!!). Apartment is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Everything (grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores,etc.) at walking distance. We recommend the italian restaurant that is in the corner of 50th Street and 9nth Avenue.
