Please email before calling! Enjoy your relaxing vacation or short get away by staying at 'Floridays'! This beautiful home was built in 2001 and has been newly decorated April, 2007. Completely furnished and decorated for your comfort and convenience. Wood flooring throughout, bright colors, ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Cable TV/DVD is offered for each bedroom and living room. The full kitchen contains all appliances and utensils you will need for dining. Also a full size washer and dryer are included. The split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy when needed and the master bath has double vanities and a garden tub with whirlpool jets. There is a fenced backyard with a covered patio, gas grill and chimenea. The community pool is located approximately 50 feet away for easy access and private beach access is approximately a block and a 1/2 away. You can walk to the beach or drive as well. There is parking available at the access. PLEASE EMAIL FIRST

Floridays is located south of Highway 98 but north of Scenic Highway 98 near Wings retail store. The property is approximately 1 block from Brunos grocery store and Outlet Mall shopping. The Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall is close by as well as restaurants and grocery store. All of these are within walking distance but you can certainly drive your car or bicycle.

My review would actually be 4+. This was a great deal, and the pictures on-line actually came to life! The owner was very responsive through the entire reservation process. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room for everyone, including the large living room for all the toys! (And no one had to sleep in the middle of the living room). It is only a short 2 block walk to a private access gate out to the beautiful beach, and better than that was the convenience of having the subdivision pool practically out our front door - which most of the time we had to ourselves! Although it was not a luxury home, it was very clean and nicely decorated, and having a washer and dryer definitely was a huge plus over staying in a hotel. In my opinion, it would be a difficult stay however without some type of transportation. There are a few subdivision rules to abide by, but overall we have no complaints. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity to make the trip! Great place for a low-key, relaxing, family-friendly getaway!
