This spacious (2,000+ sq ft) condominium is located on the second floor of a 4 story building. The unit is featured in the beautiful gated community of Sunset Beach, located on the beach side of Hwy 30-A in South Walton County, Florida. The complex is within walking distance of the popular Rosemary Beach Community and only 6 miles east of Seaside. The gulf front unit features a large balcony that overlooks miles of beaches and a side view of the complex pool. The spacious kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and the entire unit has been newly painted with custom molding in the living areas. There is ceramic tile throughout the entire unit, which features a king master bedroom, queen bedroom, and 2 double beds in the third bedroom. The living room features a queen sleeper. There is a large laudry room in the unit.
