Swimming Pool & 300 Yards to the beach - This roomy Cape style home is a free standing property within a small complex of seven other townhouse properties with use of a beautiful 20 x 40 swimming pool. Walk 300 yards to the ocean beach at the end of the street. (you can see the water from the house). The home features four bedrooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 bedrooms downstairs, one & half baths, large living room, enclosed sun room, eat in kitchen area with tile flooring plus a dining area that will accommodate the whole family. There is a picnic area outside & an outside enclosed shower with hot & cold water. The home is well kept & clean and is located in the mid Cape area close to great beaches, prestaurants, movie theater, & Sundae School ice cream and the ... Something for everyone!

There is a Park across the street with walking trails, gardens & a small playground area for children..
