The condo is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, so at your pleasure you can enjoy a light snack, beverage or a 'home' prepared meal.The condominium was fully renovated in late 2007 with finishes only found in million dollar properties. Furnished by an interior designer . Centrally located in the Don Mills and Eglinton (Toronto ) area. 10 Minutes from downtown Toronto! As per Google maps these are the approx. times to reach the major attractions , from the condo, by car: Ontario Science Centre .... 4 mins. CN Tower ...... 14 mins. Royal Ontario Museum ... 13 mins.   • Luxury from only $99.00/night
  • * $800.00 per week
    * - $800 /week (1 week minimum), (Check-in 4pm & Check-out 11:00am)
    An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
    60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the condo
    rent. I use Paypal and will send you an email invoice where you may pay with a credit card. The deposit invoice will stay valid for 4 days and then will be cancelled if payment is not forthcoming. If you have a concern please let me know as soon a possible so you will not lose your hold on the dates you requested. The advance
    payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14)
    days before your arrival date.
    - Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival will qualify for a full refund of deposit paid.

    - $200.00 security deposit must be paid at time of final payment.
    Any damages or theft that may occur to the property by guest or members of their party will be charged to the security deposit

We had some changes in our itinerary but Joseph was more than willing to accommodate to them. Once we arrived in Canada, Joseph was with us every step of the way to his condo via text messages :)
The condo was spotless, fully furnished, had a fully stocked fridge (thanks Joseph!), and more than what we expected. Everything you've read, from the owner's description to the reviews from past visitors, are 100% accurate. We definitely recommend staying at Joseph's to any and everyone! btw- sorry about the knife Joseph, and thanks for making our vacation such a wonderful experience!

Really nice condo with a wonderful owner who really cares and tries everything to make your holiday comfortable. Joseph: the Christmas tree was wonderful... ;-) Pretty furnished, full equipment and so much better and more comfortable than a hotel or motel. Shopping malls and groceries are nearby. Hope we see us again.. :-)

We were about to book a holiday in this condo but due to sudden change of circumstances were unable to fly to Canada. From our first e mail to Joseph the owner we could not have received a more helpful response. He was most kind and due to his courtesy and the excellent reviews he has received we would definately book should we have the opportunity to visit Canada.

The listing was more than accurate, the remodeling was exactly as described, the property was spotless, well mantained and inviting.
Joseph made as feel as part of his family, he provided us with a phone, gps, laundry card ( and brought us extra conforters and towels just because we got there and the weather was cold and my mother in law and my mother were afraid of the sudden change of temperature).
Joseph told us about the city and gave us lots of maps and brochures to get us started.
We had a great time, enjoyed the city and did not have to worry about anything.
We are coming back, there are lots of incredible places around Toronto that we will like to explore and Joseph will be our first contact. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. All our friends and relatives are ready to pack and go.

Great condo for Toronto vistors

The condo was centrally located for all the activities we wanted to do. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. Joseph very nice and helped alot with giving us directions to shopping. The renovation was great.
