This spacious beachfront three-story home is perched above a full floor carport, which takes advantage of the views from both the second and third floor living areas. It is part of a 3-house compound and is located on the grounds behind Pelican Beach Villa I — just 50 paces along a private walkway to the beach. The villa has vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms, two baths, sleeping loft with ocean view balcony, a large veranda on the main floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room.

The island of Vieques is also known for its’ unique natural beauty, countless secluded beaches, wonderful restaurants, warm friendly people and its spectacular and famous bio-illuminating bay — it literally glows with iridescent light at night!

Blue beach was our favorite. The house was great we enjoyed everything about it. Thanks again for letting us share your beautiful home and place in Paradise! WOW! This week has just flown by so fast, we can’t believe it! Vieques was a wonderful place with so much to see and do. But each day we loved returning to this fantastic villa. We’re very grateful that we found you on the internet. Weather was perfect, Red Beach is highly recommended, with a picture postcard view every time we looked up from our books. Green Beach is great for snorkeling- worth the trip. Al’s Blue Azul in town is great for sunsets and good people. Thanks / Gracias for a wonderful time and a great place. We’ve had a wonderful 5 days here. Your home was perfect for our family of 6 (husband, myself, 4 kids).

The house was very clean, the views spectacular, customer service by Nancy - very personalized and friendly, she is a gem! VERY accomodating.
A great place. Listen to the waves, goats, chickens and an occasional horse. What a way to wake up. Kitchen had everything you need to make a wonderful meal or just to make your morning coffee.
Light, bright, airy, a true tropical paradise. We will be back in May! Can't wait to come back "home to paradise" at Pelican Villa II.
Thanks so much for a fabulous 2 weeks!
