This classic 1923 Spanish Bungalow was a featured home on the 2003 SOHO (Save Our Heritage Organization) Craftsman and Spanish Revival Historic Home Tour (San Diego Home and Garden, March 2003). The home has been completely and lovingly restored, and is a shining example of 1920s Spanish architecture. The home is situated on one of Coronado's nicest blocks amongst classic historic homes, just one block from the Hotel del Coronado and beach, and 1/2 block from fabulous shops and dining experiences. The home overlooks Glorietta Bay and the Yacht Club, with tennis courts, golfing, community center pool and gym just steps away. The home offers a gracious step down great room with an delightful back patio suitable for relaxing or entertaining, fireplace, a historic styled kitchen with all modern conveniences, cable, internet access, washer/dryer/dishwasher, large fenced yard with pond, glorious gardens, July 4th fireworks! Housekeeping and gardening services included. No smoking or pets.
