The Name Says it All
How exciting to be your last guests of 2009 and the first for this decade! We struck “gold” being able to experience the full moon rising, the variegated yellow sunrises, and the New Year’s Eve fireworks that went on and on and on. We are “island people” coming from Fidalgo Island and Guemes Island, Washington. Our vacations always seem to take us to one – Vancouver Island, Helby Island, Decatur Island, Virgin Islands, and even Ireland. Your piece of paradise and your attention to every detail stand out as extraordinary. The natural beauty and ever present sounding of the surf will be my favorite and unforgettable memory. During the many bleak winter days ahead we will remember with joy our stay in your home. Thank you for sharing it with so many. As for “activities,” let it be recorded that I skydived at age 58 with my 18-year-old son, Jim. It is still surreal to think we jumped (or were pushed out) from 14,000 feet! AIRBORNE & KOWANBUNGA! No other tourist activity came close! I can cross that off my bucket list. We’ll be sure to return – with friends!
