We require 50% of the total amount due up front to secure the rental along with one night's rate, as a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred and no excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival. $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card upon check in. If cancellation occurs with less than 30 day advance notice, the guest will lose 50% of the total amount. Checks or money orders are acceptable. Daily cleaning service, prearranged grocery shopping, gift shopping and any other services are available upon request and for an additional charge. We look forward in having you as our guests.

Just a few minutes outside of South Beach are the historic Art Deco District and Bayside Marketplace.
