Our newly constructed log home is located central to many of New Hampshire's favorite attractions. Great place as a quiet get away or to take along the whole family. Only 7 miles from Bretton Woods and 10 miles from Cannon Mountain and Route 93. There is direct snowmobile access from the house to the snowmobile trails. You'll find you have plenty of room with an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. For more privacy there is bedroom, bathroom and small loft on the second floor. We have all the amenities of home with a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a crib, high chair and pack & play available on the premisis. There is a covered porch to sit back, relax and take in the mountain views. For enjoying the night there is also a campfire ring located out on the side yard with plenty of wood. We are located on a private road with little traffic. It is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet. Wi-fi is also available.

Nearest Airport: Manchester Boston Regional Airport at 106 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Route 3 at 1 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 7.0 Miles
You are minutes away from great skiing at either Bretton Woods or Cannon Mountain. Attitash and Loon Mountain are each about 35 minutes away. Leave your trailers in the yard and snowmobile from the house to access Corridor 11. Excellent fly fishing in nearby streams and rivers. Echo and Profile lake with a beach located nearby for swimming and canoeing. Plenty to do with the Mt. Washington Cog Railway, Mt. Washington Auto Road, The Flume Gorge, Cannon Tramway, Cannon Ski Museum, Santa's Village and Six Gun City all within a reasonable ride. Of course there is always antiquing, dining, outlet shopping, live theatre (summer), golfing or just taking a scenic drive. On the quieter side you can try the town gazebo for live music or you can always sit on the porch with your favorite beverage and enjoy the mountain view.

Working With You to Make Your Stay Stress Free: We are currently working with Franconia Sports Shop for discount ski tickets to Bretton Woods. They will also rent skis, snowboards, snowshoes, mountain bikes, etc. and drop them off at the house for your use. We are also working with Outback Kayak and have coupons for discounted snowmobile rentals. They too have said they would work with us to drop off snowmobiles or kayaks depending on the season. We're working together to make your stay as stress free as possible.

We had a great vacation! The log home was absolutely beautiful. It was all we expected and so much more. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was a bonus. We highly recommend staying here to everyone!

An Excellent Choice

Of all the places at which we stayed on our recent trip through New England, this was the best. The cabin was everything I expected and more -- it was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. My kids immediately asked if we could buy it!

It provided a great base for daytrips into the surrounding White Mountains. The location was quiet and secluded. While there weren't a lot of amenities in the nearby town of Twin Mountain, that seemed to be true of many of the smaller towns in the region. The owners had helpfully prepared a list of places to find groceries and restaurants, etc. which made it easier for us to get our bearings.

Our dealings with the owners were efficient and entirely satisfactory.

While the property was perfect for our family of four, we think that two families could easily be accommodated here without sacrificing comfort. If we come to this area again, and we would certainly like to some day, we will stay at this location again.

Your loghome is truly beautiful. We had a great time, relaxing and skiing. The kids loved their rooms. It could not have been more perfect for the eight of us. Plenty of room and privacy, the loft is lovely. We have already recommended it to other friends. The kids are already talking about our next visit. This was a super weekend!

Jan 17 09 Weekend Stay

This log home is beautiful! We had our friends in from Texas for a ski weekend and I wanted everything to be perfect for them, and Kelly's place fit the bill! We especially loved all the pine woodwork ceilings, walls, banisters, etc. The drive from the cabin to the Bretton Woods ski resort was short and easy. The kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking and dining in. The upper bedroom on the loft is privately tucked away with a door. The linens provided were high quality. I would recommend this property to a friend.
