We call this our Rica Vida home. Beautifully custom built, like new home in peaceful & serene Fountain Hills. Professionally decorated throughout, this is truly a special home that you will no doubt fall in love with the moment you walk through the door. Out back the private enclosed backyard has everything needed to fully enjoy a sun-filled Arizona vacation. The yard features a large grass area safely fenced away from the heated swimming pool and BBQ area. The home's interior is 'sophisticated cozy' perfectly combining the convenience of modern electronics and appliances with a relaxing Old World decor and furnishings. Slab granite counters and beautiful travertine floors give a Spa-like experience and needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Lounge area features a 52' LCD television and all of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. ** Discount applies to Specified Dates in April ONLY. Call for more details.
