This ocean villa is located near the center of the 3.5 mile long, pristine white powdery sands, of the world famous Treasure Cay Beach, and the sparkling gin clear waters of the Sea of Abaco.

You will be just footsteps away from a beautiful fresh water pool for cooling off, relaxing, and sun bathing.

The Villa is within walking distance to the Marina, fishing charters, out island excursions, shops, bike and golf cart rentals, grocery store, beach bar, and restaraunts.

This luxurious villa, set in a beautiful garden setting, is tastefully furnished with a tropical flair. There are 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining area, and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen. The cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, tile floors, and central air conditioning create a spacious and comfortable atmosphere for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom features two twin size beds, each with a private bath.

Very relaxing and friendly, and one of the best values in the Bahamas!

We rented this villa, with another couple, in February 2008 and had a great time. The villa was everything we had hoped for and the tourist and locals were equally wonderful. The beach and water were absolutely stunning! We spent an afternoon at Nipper's on Great Guana Cay which was so much fun we were sad that the ferry boat had to take us back.
Anyway, I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone that wants to have a great relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
