Water views from nearly every room! Relax in the hammock while overlooking unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay. Just a short walk down a sandy lane will lead you to Sunken Meadow beach, great for families! In the evenings, enjoy spectacular sunsets while grilling on the deck and sip your coffee in the mornings from the shaded brick patio. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 when using the sleep sofa. The fireplaced living room has a large picture window overlooking the salt marsh and bay beach. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need for outdoor barbecues and New England clam bakes. We also own the neighboring cottage (115436). Great for families or friends traveling together!

Overlooking Lieutenant’s Island and Sunken Meadow Beach, this cottage is easily accessible to the fishing village of Wellfleet, Audubon Society, and bike trails. The Wellfleet Drive-In Theater is close by, great fun for a warm summer evening.

A Great Week on Cape Cod

We love the Cape CT

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for a family. The kids could walk or bike to the beach in the morning as we packed the coolers for the day and in the evening there were plenty of restaurants and things to do near by.

The property was everything described and was very comfortable for a family of 5.
