This outstanding and extremely spacious villa is in the most enviable position, immediately in front of the Mediterranean Sea, on the breathtaking coastline near Protaras, just a short stroll from sandy beaches. The villa is very modern in design, with a luxury kitchen with all modern conveniences, and large, airy living areas. One double bedroom is on the ground floor, together with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, the master double bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and marble vanity unit. There are two further twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a single bedroom, plus a full bathroom. A long balcony offers breathtaking views over the pool and lawn, to the clear blue water of the bay in front, and further panoramic sea views. Outside, a covered veranda leads to the large, beautiful 'overflow' swimming pool (10m x 5m) and there is a built barbeque area. This beautiful property is situated directly on the sea-front in the much sought-after area of Kapparis, between Protaras and Paralimni. There is a small, sandy bay directly in front of the villa which is reached via a flight of steps, or an easily accessible, organised beach with sunbeds and umbrellas within just a couple of minutes stroll. A selection of restaurants and a supermarket can be found nearby (approximately 500 metres). Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay, and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. The centre of Protaras can be reached within 5 minutes drive, and plays host to a wide selection of restaurants and shops, ideal for families. The town of Paralimni is also a short drive, and offers a combination of traditional tavernas, and modern shops and cafes, radiating from the pretty Town Square. The resort of Ayia Napa can be reached within 15 minutes drive.
