25 Pearl Street is located across the street from the FIne Arts Center in the heart of downtown Provincetown, one block from Commercial Street and the beach. This two-story remodeled home is complete with parking for 2 cars, a spacious back yard and large 2nd floor deck. 1 bedroom (sleeps 3: bunk beds with double on bottom, single up top), washer/dryer (free), 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining room and living room are on main floor; 2 bedrooms (each sleeps 2: queen beds), living room with roll-out couch, and 1 bathroom on top floor. Cable television, TV/DVD upstairs and downstairs; iPod docking station. Wireless Internet connection usually available from nearby source. Close to Farland grocery, Wired Puppy Internet cafe and many restaurants. Grill and outdoor patio furniture ideal for dining in or entertaining. No large parties allowed. Neighbors agree to be respectfully quiet after 8 and expect same in return. No telephone, must use cell phones.

Come kayak in the bay, lounge on the beach, bike through the dunes, shop, eat, sleep and be merry. Commercial Street runs through the heart of downtown Provincetown. This property is one block off of Commercial Street and a bay side beach. Bike rentals available nearby, as well as fitness clubs, grocery stores, whale watching, pretty much anything you'd want from a beach side community. Just far away from the bustle to enjoy a relaxing day on the deck with a good book, but a block from galleries, restaurants and the hustle that is Provincetown.

  • Check in is 2:00 pm on Saturdays; Check out is 10:00 am Saturdays
  • Signed lease and deposit will constitute successful booking. Lease contract will be provided. Credit cards accepted. $750 security deposit. ($625 is returned upon inspection of house, $125 is for cleaning). 50% of rental due upon booking. Final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Trash must be left outside in designated area for pick-up upon departure.
