Studio sleeps 2 adults

This listing is for rental of a fully furnished studio home. Easy access to and from I-196 & to Public access to Lake Michigan and private beaches. Rental property located on 7 acres of land and surround by variety of trees. Peaceful and quiet location makes for a great relaxing week long getaway or extended vacation. Home comes fully furnished. All you need to do is bring your own towels! Gas grill for BBQing available. Home has Satellite TV, internet connection, heat and air conditioning.

5 Minutes drive to downtown South Haven and other local attractions. 1 restaurant within very short walking distances and others minutes away.

Lake Michigan access is approx. 1/2 mile or 2 minutes drive.

How to place reservations: Please call either Ed or Bridget to place reservations for the studio home. Reservations will only be confirmed once the initial deposit has been received. Reservations without deposit will be treated as tentative and subject to change with notice.

Harbor Festival during the 4th of July weekend along with Arts and Crafts festival. 4th of July fireworks at North Pier/downtown South Haven. 1/2 hour drive to Holland and outlet mall. Fennville Winery approx. 5miles away. Fishing on North Pier and lake fishing excursions available at marina.

The weekly (7 night) Rental Rate is $500 plus applicable fees if any. Security Deposit of $150 via Cash or Check will be required. Final payment will be via Cash only no exceptions. Payment in full due upon arrival.
Fees And Taxes This property rents for a 7 night minimum stay.
If traveling with 1 dog, then a 1 time fee of $30 will be ADDED to the weekly rate. If traveling with 2 dogs the additional fee will be 2x $25 = $50 ADDED to the weekly rate.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Quiet studio

This studio is a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. The quiet location was ideal for our dog, a mini-dachshund who barks at every noise. He spent the time sleeping instead of playing watchdog. The large yard was a bonus and we saw deer feeding there early one morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with children or pets wanting simple, clean, quiet accommodations.

I stayed in Bridget and Edward's cottage for 6 days recently. They are the most welcoming hosts. The cottage is perfect for one or two people. Its located on the North Shore of South Haven, MI away from downtown and neighbors. The cottage is small and not a luxury condo but is perfect for simple living. The lawn around the cottage is huge so it has a very country feel and so convenient to everything. I walked to the beach but drove to the shopping. Bridget makes sure the cottage is sparkling clean and everything you need is provided. I totally enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay with them again when I'm in South Haven, they both are so sweet and friendly. I noticed they accept pets and the yard is perfect for kids to run around in. Plus, its so QUIET and safe, traveling alone I never once felt uneasy. A great place to stay.
