Thank you for your interest in our cottage.

This traditional Cape Cod Cottage has everything your family needs for a great beach vacation! Our home is equipped with Wi-Fi and the kitchen is stocked to keep your packing to a minimum. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and the third has a set of bunk beds. Our home has new skylights for plenty of sunshine. The 12 x 12 deck is fully furnished and the outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. We have plenty of accessories beach chairs, pails & shovels and beach umbrella.

The quiet dead end street keeps traffic away and the beach is a short walk, 8 houses away. Nearby you will find many golf courses both private and public, as well as miniature golf for the whole family. We are located 1.2 miles from the world famous Sundae School. Dennis village will keep you busy looking for antiques and strolling through the "Christmas Tree Shops" . We are very convenient to all the Dennis attractions!

Barbara's Bike Shop is also in the neighborhood providing rentals and bike sales so you can enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail and all it's twenty plus miles of wooded scenery.

About The Owner

My husband and I return to the Cape every summer. Living all over the world with the US Navy we can always look forward to coming home to the Cape.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 1998
Why The Owner chose West Dennis

Cape Cod has been a family vacation destination for me since I was a young girl. I love the Cape! My husband and I come to the Cape every summer and it gives us a chance to relax and enjoy the best season in New England.

What makes this cottage unique

The Sundae School - Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had! Our beach is private and our neighbors are great. Swimming in the inlet and collecting shells and "creatures" the kids love it!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Jul-Aug ..... $1500/week (Friday to Friday with a $500 refundable deposit)
  • Off Season .. $ 800/week before Memorial Day and after Labor Day
  • Cleaning fee of $100.00 per rental

An awesome time was had by all!

We've rented from Mazie & Shaun for four years now and have had a great vacation every year! The house is always clean and ready. The beach is a close walk. We highly recommend renting ..... just not our week.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
