Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + Detached Unit, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 8)

Cozy, rustic cottage on 130 feet of beautiful Torch Lake, just one block from downtown Alden. The oversized lot has towering trees and borders Alden's historic Depot Park, providing volleyball courts and plenty of summertime concerts and events.

The one-story cottage has three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate six. The lakeside master bedroom has a view window, the middle bedroom has bunkbeds, and the third bedroom has a park view. The living room is open to the dining area and has great views of the lake.

The property is fully fenced, making it both private and safe for children and pets. And, a classic Boathouse with a deck built out over the water is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets.

NEW for the 2012 season is the optional use of the newly refurbished Boathouse which provides a 4th bedroom. Also adding Wi-Fi.

this ia a great spot to just relaxe and enjoy the great town of alden. would recomend to any one .the cottage is very quaint and fit our family well. the boat house is a real cool place for the specil place to get private time. very user frendly. the owner was very great to work with and very helpful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The location was great and the boatlift was handy. No air conditioning and poor matresses made it hard to sleep.Also the couch and chairs were very uncomfortable. There is a park right next door and there was alot of noise. We probably won't go back next year

Hi, just wanted to thank you. We had a great vaca and loved the cottage. Hopefully we will try and rebook it for next year. Thanks again.

I believe he had a change of heart just about the time he saw my reply, telling him I would not be returning his deposit due to all the damage he incurred.

So, this is nothing but sour grapes.
