Welcome to Unit 503 at Chateau By The Sea! This just renovated penthouse unit is directly next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction. Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the Pier and Ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure.

The ENTIRE CONDO has been JUST FULLY RENOVATED and features a brand new 42” PLASMA TV, full linens, towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer (in unit), full kitchen, HIGH SPEED wireless internet and free long distance calling. Basically there are all the comforts of home and more! The furniture is new and you will find granite countertops, full tiling throughout the unit and even completely new cabinets. The condo is also pet friendly and can comfortably fit up to six people. The condo is always kept very clean and you will rarely find a condo that is this well done inside!. The area is home to great golfing, deep sea fishing, cruise ship casinos, the Kennedy Space Centre and much more! Interested in visiting Disney, SeaWorld or Universal Studios? They are only 45 minutes away and you can stay on the beach!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you compare this unit to others out there, you will rarely find a condo in this location with this quality of an interior. This is also far superior to what you will see at hotels meaning you get better value. My family of 6 came to Florida for a trip to the beach and Disney. The condo was just what we wanted. The owners kept in contact with us and were wonderful. The condo was clean and well equipped. The property was in a perfect location, easy access to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. The only minor problem we had was they were working on the elevators. 5th floor was alittle much for small ones to climb. But it was fixed within 2 days. Minor thing that did not effect our vacation. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience!!!!!

We just arrived back from our stay in Cocoa Beach (Mar 1/08)and absolutely loved this condo and the area! The condo has been remodelled and is professionally decorated with "earthy" tones matched with rich golds and reds...dishes,linens and pictures to match! New appliances, tile floors, new bathrooms and very clean. I am very 'picky' about decore and cleanliness and I was impressed. Beach chairs and towels provided, there was even laundry soap and toilet tissue in the unit. The owner is honest and efficient. The internet wasn't hooked up when we arrived so we called him and he had a service person there the same afternoon to take care of it. We are very satisfied with this unit and have booked again for next February.
