Activities include a seasonally-heated large pool, hot tub, cooking pavilion, huge children's playground (adjoining the pool), clubhouse, putting green, exercise room, basketball hoop/tennis courts, and a 25-seat enclosed movie theater where you can watch your own movies! Take the low-speed vehicle (security deposit) and cruise across the street to the beach (don't limit yourself to the Destiny East area) or just enjoy a scenic drive on the '35 mile per hour or less' streets. It is tagged and can be driven just like a car, looks like a luxury golf cart, but all street laws apply, must have license. You can access shopping, restaurants, etc. without ever getting into your own car!

The FIRST FLOOR has a large kitchen with bar and overlooks the keeping room with a 50 inch plasma HDTV. Another separate living room with a gas fireplace.

What a beautiful home. The location is perfect. Everything we needed was just minutes away. When we walked in the smell was fresh and pleasant. The house was immaculate and I felt like I was in my own private hotel. Your cleaning crew was leaving as we were arriving. They were very friendly and took time to answer all our questions. I would definetely stay here again. Ill be in touch soon to book my next trip.

This home is, no doubt, a beautiful home; however, it lacked cleanliness. Dust was on mantletops, dead bugs in non-working outside refrigerator; dirty clothing was left in a dresser drawer and found under a bed. If you choose to stay here, check home carefully when you arrive as we were charged for a stain in the carpet that was covered with a rug when we arrived. Also, we were charged for a piece broken from a vase. Tried to reason with Owner but to no avail.
Owner's Response: It is with regret that I have to address this review. The guest threatened me that she would do this if I made her accountable for the items that they damaged:

I knew from the start that this guest would be difficult from not long before her arrival. She actually contacted me asking for a reduction in the price of her stay even though she had reserved the summer week several months prior that already included a discount. Regarding the cleanliness, I have received nothing but really nice comments and notes regarding the home and the professional cleaning crew. Part of the her problem may have been that she went to the home at 1pm, even though when she called I told her that she needed to wait until about 3pm to go by and see if it was ready. I explained to her that 4pm was check in, but she went to the home at 1pm anyway. She gave the cleaning crew 3 hours to clean a 4000 sq ft home. She was unwilling to take responsibility for the members of her party. If she had this review would never have been written. She was only charged for damages. I am happy to give as many referrals as anyone would like of people who have stayed at my home. I have received numerous compliments from people who have meet my cleaning crew as well as the condition of the home. Most all of my renters have stayed multiple times over the years. I would like to say that I have three kids of my own and understand that kids like to have fun, but I am willing to take responsibility if they break or damage items.
