This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home is centrally located to everything Crystal River has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks or bicycling, this home sleeps 6-8 with a king, queen and 2 twin beds. The home has been recently updated with all new fixtures, ceiling fans, and interior paint. There is a fenced in back yard, an 80 foot seawall, floating dock and boathouse. The Gulf of Mexico is a 10 minute boat ride, and the main springs of Crystal River is 5 minutes away. Fish off the dock or take a boat to the springs to snorkel with the manatees. Scalloping is also only 10 minutes away.

Location: Florida < USA

The city of Crystal River is a small town with a big heart. The residents are very friendly, and the restaurants offer the freshest seafood daily. The fresh water springs offer snorkeling and diving, especially with the manatees, and the Gulf of Mexico is the finest for fishing of species such as red fish, trout, cobia, grouper, snook and kingfish. There are many golf courses to try, and nature parks are plentiful. Downtown Crystal River offers historic shops for antiquing, and the Crystal River mall features many stores for shopping. The summer months provide for excellent scalloping as well.

A wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood .The house was well maintained and had every amenity needed.
Sitting in the backyard watching the fish jumping and the other wildlife was a treat. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for making it available.
