The Guest House:
Welcome to the Nauset Breeze Guest House, a daily or weekly rental unit approximately 1.5 miles from Nauset Light Beach. Experience a relaxing vacation on Cape Cod in Eastham, the way the 'Cape' was supposed to be enjoyed.
A recently constructed (2008) rental that has all of the amenities you want to insure a relaxing and fun vacation. This second floor 576 square foot living quarters includes a full bathroom complete with tub/shower unit, a bedroom complete with a new comfy queen bed. A full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and gas stove / oven for at home cooking if you choose, as well as a dining table for two. Also in the kitchen area is a stacked washer / dryer unit. The living room consists of a sleeper sofa, recliner, and flat panel TV with cable access for enjoying TV or a movie together. The Guest House also includes climate control central heat & air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible
Additional features:
In addition to the comforts of the Guest House, an 11ft x 16ft private outside deck with patio furniture for dining, recliners for relaxing, and a gas grill for outdoor barbecuing are also included. A private outside shower is also available if you choose.
The Guest House shares the property with the main house, but is designed with separate entrances, as well as separate outdoor deck, and separate kitchen, bath, and bedroom accommodations which affords privacy for everyone.
A great getaway location for couples that want an affordable vacation, located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
A perfect location for those attending the Cape Cod Institute summer programs.
