An extraordinary condominium complex set on 53 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes. Condo is located in the Sea Woods Resort Community. It is conveniently located on A1A (South Atlantic Avenue) across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. It is known to be the most unique resort community in the New Smyrna Beach area.

3 Swimming Pools (1 heated), 4 Lighted Tennis Courts, Outdoor Racquetball Courts, Outdoor Handball Courts, Competitive Shuffle Board Court, Fitness Center, 2 Club Houses, 2 Saunas, Whirlpool, Jogging & Bicycle Paths.

General Info: This wi-fi unit is located in New Smyrna Beach with private walkway to a non-driving Beach!

Activities: Numerous water activities including sailing, fishing, windsurfing, surf fishing, and beachcombing. Boat rental and boat launch ramps are available in the area and the fishing is Terrific!

Golf: There are 5 golf courses nearby one of which is Sugar Mill Country Club located approximately 15 miles from the beach. Sugar Mill features 27 holes of Championship Golf and is rated as one of the top 50 courses in the state.

This breathtaking seashore retreat boasts 8 miles of powdery white sandy beaches and some of the best fishing on the east coast. Which is probably why everybody raves about the local seafood restaurants! Beach Access is a NO Drive Beach!

I stayed here for a week w/my boys. It was a perfect place to stay! It was quiet, and only a short walk away to the beach. They provided beach chairs and towels which was nice. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The only thing I didn't like was that my bedroom faced the highway and at times it was a bit noisy, but nothing to overwhelming. I loved having my own bathroom in the bedroom and how it was layed out. It was a nice retreat to go to after a long day. Everything we wanted to see/do was just a short ride away. Flager Avenue was a short 5 minute drive and Cape Canaveral Seashore is only a 10 minute drive away. The pool was within walking distance as well. It was well worth the money. It sure was better and less expensive than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this condo to a family. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is just as lovely as pictures indicate. Everything provided right down to the beach chairs. A short walk and your on the beach. Would recommend this two bedroom condo to anyone and would definitely rent it again.

Close to Beach

While this condo is close to beach lots of noise from main road. Difficult to sleep. The Sea Woods resort area is very nice, family oriented and great for dogs. Condo is a good size for 4 or less to little for more than 4. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Condo is average does provide 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Bathrooms need updated, but kitchen has been updated.
