Enjoy our near new second home! We built this with intentions to move into, but our kids moved home from college, so we had to stay in the 'big house' a couple more years. This home is furnished first class (because it was for us) no cheap motel beds and couches! Even a big screen TV!

Perfect Rental Home!!!

The condo is brand new. On a golf course near putting green. Very nicely decorated inside and out. Includes all of the ammenities. Very nice big screen TV in family room. Cable TV, home phone, computer and internet provided.
Owners Ric and Suzzette are fantastic people!!!
We will be return customers in the very near future..

Fabulous golf course condo

We were THE first renters of the beautifully decorated, spacious and brand new golf course condo. The owners were fabulously accommodating and had the unit outfitted with top appliances, gas grill, patio furniture, etc. Even hair dryers/curling irons were provided. Area was perfect for walking and had a nice community pool area, etc as well as being handy to lots of shopping, the Mesa Swap Meet and restaurants. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Excellent choice for short or long-stay holidays.
