Designed and built by a furniture-maker, 'Treeviews' is the smaller of two side-by-side units in an arts and crafts style house. There is a dividing wall between the units that is double thick for soundproofing. Enjoy the quiet wooded surroundings in this secluded bungalow haven. Tucked away on a private drive and set back a block away from Bradford St, you'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay beach, a quick 2 minute walk to the Provincetown Theater, a 5 minute walk to the gallery district, and a 10 minute walk to town center. The second floor has a cathedral ceiling and an open living / dining / kitchen area that leads out onto a generous private deck with a gas grill. Eight windows provide plenty of light and there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bedroom and bathroom are down stairs. All of the appliances are new and there are hardwood floors throughout, except in the slate-tiled bathroom. Free wifi is included. Parking for one car is adjacent to the unit.

I live and work right near my two Provincetown summer weekly rental houses. Since I am local, I deal with guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. I try to be responsive to all of my renters needs. Both properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!

I purchased this 5 acre parcel of land in 1995 and have designed and built 4 custom houses here. I built Treeviews in 2007. My experience as a furniture designer/maker has enabled me give special attention to the finishes and detailing of the houses.

Provincetown is perched on the uppermost tip of Cape Cod. In the summer, the population of this quaint fishing village swells to 30,000. 'P-Town,' attracts a cosmopolitan mix of people and is a haven for artists, writers, actors, and musicians. A vibrant nightlife is offered for both gays and straights.

A stroll through town will take visitors past and eclectic mix of historic sights, tourist shops, and clusters of, picturesque homes surrounded by flower gardens. On a clear day, it is possible to have a 360° view of the entire Cape from the top of Pilgrim Monument.

There are miles of ocean and bay beaches in Provincetown and the many walking and biking trails in the protected National Seashore provide visitors with views of ponds, cranberry bogs, beech forests, and sand dunes.

Whale watching, sailing, and fishing trips depart daily from the harbor.

Great Location, away from the busy downtown

Surrounding was nice and quiet. Very close to the beach and a short walk (10-15 minutes) to P-Town. Property was very clean and the owner was readily available if we needed something. I would highly recommend Treeviews.

Such a beautiful place to relax! Sitting on the deck in the sun amongst the trees is one of the best of many amenities. Secluded and quiet, but close enough to walk/bike to town. Perks: parking, cathedral ceilings, deck space, peaceful, and clean. Owner responded promptly to requests and would recommend this place to anyone coming to town. Truly my favorite part of Ptown and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Enchanting...

I had the pleasure of staying in the Tree Views apartment a few summers ago, and loved it! It is a beautiful, clean, cozy yet light apartment nestled into the hillside. Sitting in the upstairs living area or out the deck, you do really feel like you are in a tree house. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a lovely deck and a comfortable, cozy bedroom down the spiral staircase. The Bungalow Haven property is absolutely beautiful, one of the best in Provincetown. Tucked back far enough behind the main shopping area, you are also close enough to walk into town, down to the bay beach, or just down the driveway and to the corner market for your breakfast coffee. Once you start up the long driveway, you enter into a peaceful wooded glenn with the loveliest little enclave of cottages that is nothing short of enchanting! The Tree Views Apartment is the perfect getaway for an individual or a couple. I fell in love with Provincetown and have moved here permanently, spending my first two winters living in the Porch House of the Bungalow Haven. The owner is a gracious, conscientious, lovely host, who takes excellent care of the homes and properties, assuring that guests have a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend a stay at Tree Views!
