Quiet location in the Historic 'Shipyard District' of Marblehead' 'Birthplace of the American Navy'. Recently expanded and modernized home features large master bedroom with king sized bed, fireplace and sitting area with adjoining bath and walk in closet, media room, new kitchen, new second floor twin bedded guest room with adjoining bath and large living/dining room with fireplace. Large deck off MBR and large garden all fenced and pet secured. Close access to harbor front, boatyards, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Easy walk to downtown historic old town. Bike rentals available. Not air conditioned except in 2nd floor bedroom. Washer/Dryer in basement. One car garage and off street parking. Fully furnished including linens.

We had the pleasure of renting this spring. The house is perfectly situated in easy walking distance from the beach, parks and playgrounds, shops, restaurants and pubs. Everything you want is in reach.

The house is clean and well set up with nice furnishings (not just the usual rental quality) - beds are very comfortable. There are two fireplaces to enjoy if it rains, one in the master bedroom. Each room has plenty of sitting and relaxing areas and a dining room table is big enough for a large family sit-down meal. The deck is great for a summer night bbq and star gazing.

The owners are wonderful people that make you feel welcome from day one. Go to Marblehead and rent this house!
Owner's Response: Our tenants were just what we could hope for. They left the house as neat as they found it and in perfect condition. We can only hope for such charming and considerate tenants in the future. We are very pleased by their review
