A vacation beach house with a wrap-around deck overlooking the surf, the lake & the canal, this two-story, four bedroom, three bath beach house is in Ocean Lakes and is conveniently situated; less than 100 yards to the beach, indoor pool, basketball court, playground, family sports area, recreation center, putt-putt and outdoor resort pools. An on-property convenience store is within a short walk or golf cart ride. The house features an upstairs king bed in the master with a full, private bathroom. Also upstairs, the queen and double bed bedrooms share a full separate bathroom. The downstairs has new bamboo hardwood floors and all new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are on the main level. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The deck areas catch the afternoon breeze and are perfect for watching the activity and enjoying the views. Hot/cold private outside shower.

Parking Passes are strictly enforced and allow you to enter the property without stopping to register. If pre-arranged, we will provide you with up to three parking permits prior to your arrival so you can breeze past those waiting in line to get their permits. (The parking fee is $3 per day for each of these permits.)

  • ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO CONSIDER
    1) Ocean Lakes requires a security/parking pass before you can access the property. The parking fee is $3 per day per vehicle; charged by and paid to Ocean Lakes. A maximum of three vehicles will be allowed on the property. Golf cart trailers and other vehicles may be parked in a common area inside the security gate if approved by Ocean Lakes Security.
    2) General cleaning is required of all renters. Opening the house, inspecting, fine cleaning and disinfecting are all included in the price. Excessive cleaning - emptying the trash, general pick-up of items, vacuuming and sweeping - caused by renters not completing the general cleaning will be deducted from renter's security deposit.
    3) Holiday periods: Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day Holiday vacation periods are an additional $55 per week or partial week

    JUST AN ADDED NOTE: Linens, bath and hand towels and beach towels are not provided. Pillows are provided with anti-allergy covers.
  • Payments: An executed copy of the renters agreement are due when the reservation is booked along with a $250 reservation/security deposit. The remainder of the fees and security deposits are due 90 days prior to the stay.

    Refunds: We will make every effort to accommodate full refunds of your payments if cancellations are made well in advance of your arrival, minus any expenses. If we have to discount the fees to get the property rented, we reserve the option to deduct that from the refund.

The beach house is awesome. We were pleased with the security - we have children- and the house was immaculate. Everything was just as the owner had described. No complaints here! Just a lot of good memories. Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying again next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We took 7 high school seniors for their spring break trip to Myrtle Beach! Only seeing the house on the website, we weren't sure what to expect....
Well...the house was beautiful and spacious with every little convenience we needed right at our finger tips. The best part was waking up in the morning, taking our coffee and o.j's out on the deck and watching the ocean with the sun coming up over it!!
I would recommend this property to everyone and I am positive I will be renting again very soon!!
