Relax in our 1200 sq foot Ground Floor 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath right by the Pool & Hot Tub. Welcome to 'Las Verandas', a beautiful and luxury complex just waiting for you to enjoy. This small, gated complex on the north end of the Island with a lovely tropical courtyard, fountain and pristine pool. Colorful landscaping surrounds you and you are just a few minute walk to the beach. The kitchen with its granite counter tops and new appliances is your perfect for your meal needs. The dining room seats six with two barstools at the counter. The family room has a 32' H D Flat screen TV & is well appointed with bright colors with a comfy king size sofa sleeper for two. Relax in your master suite with a king-sized pillow top bed. The walk-in closet and vanity gives you plenty of space for all your clothes.The spacious second bedroom has two bunk beds that sleep four and has its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans . There is WIFI, Internet & Cable TV service and a Washer & Dryer

  • The Master bath has a separate sink for privacy from the shower and the toilet. The tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors gives you plenty of room to stretch out in the tub or a shower that refreshes. The spacious tiled second bath has access from either the hallway or the second bedroom. This allows your guests to use the bathroom without having to go into any of the bedrooms. The bath/shower combo with sliding glass shower doors is the same size as the master bath. Both are decorated with whimsical fish from a local artist from South Padre.

This condo was very comfortable and well kept. My husband and I have four children and they just loved the bunk room. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The home decor made us think we were in a model home. The patio has a view of the pool. The condo is located away from the busy business sector of the island and so we had no noise issues. Excellent place to stay! I'd stay here again.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The comforts of home welcomed us with great decor, ammenities to meet our needs (pool, spa, washer dryer, internet, full kitchen). We made many meals in and enjoyed our stay.
