Perfect for everyone! Located in Breckenridge Mountain Village neighborhood, just 1.5 blocks from Main Street, and a 5-minute shuttle ride (stops right outside back door) to the Peak 9 ski slopes. Full kitchen with modern appliances, spacious counter-tops, and bar/bar stools. Dining room table comfortably seats up to 8. Breathtaking views of the Breckenridge mountains from spacious front deck and large picture windows. Large private outdoor hot tub on back deck surrounded by woods. Gas fireplace in living room. Single-car adjoining garage includes storage space for ski/outdoor equipment. Additional driveway parking spot for second car. Brand new to rental market this year! Previously used only by owner.
