5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 12

5 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse at Crawford Hills. The development is very spread out with lots of trees and privacy. Each unit has a private driveway, which will hold 3 cars. It's 1 mile to Attitash/Bear Peak, within 1 hours drive to Bretton Woods, Cannon, Black, Wildcat, Cranmore, & Sunday River. The townhouse is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, gas grill, iron & ironing board, telephone, stereo, CD player, DVD player, & VCR.

The unit has 2 living rooms, each with a woodstove and color cable TV, which gives a private area for adults and children. Nicely furnished, plenty of room. It's well-suited for groups and multi-families.

There is an outdoor heated pool a short walk from the townhouse (open in summer) . Attached to the townhouse is a large wraparound deck with plenty of afternoon sun, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a barbeque and a cold frosty drink.

What is there to do??: There's lots to do in the Summer and Winter in the area!

Warm Months: Canoeing and Kayaking, Golfing, Storyland and many other tourist attractions, hiking, biking, etc.

Winter Months: Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, etc.

My group of 10 friends stayed here for New Years weekend and the place was perfect for a large group. Perfect proximity to attitash, very clean, well-stocked with wood. Ginny the owner is extremely nice and available for questions and comments nearly 24/7. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

My family vacationed the beginning of August 2011, but only for 2 nights. The condo had plenty of room to spread out for both lounging as well as eating. Three full bathrooms made for no urgent waiting for the kids. Perfect place to rent to see the surrounding area, no matter what your fancy! Easy to find, plenty of space to park and sleep. We hope to rent again - next time we'll choose a different season to see and enjoy the area then too!

Enough space for 7 of us to have privacy, as well as plenty of common space to gather. Condo was equipped with everything needed, and the location was very peaceful. The landlord made the rental very smooth, and she was very helpful and informative.

Excellent Condo to Rent

Ginny,
We have rented from you several times now and each time has been a great experience. Your condo is perfect for families. The condo is always very clean, the wood pile for the stove is well stocked and there is plenty of room for the family. The location of the condo is perfect for everyone. Those that enjoy skiing have a choice of four mountains within 15 minutes and a few more within a 40 min range. Those that enjoy the shopping and restaurants can be in North Conway in 15 minutes. The kids enjoyed having the lower level room to themselves so they could stay up late and watch movies.

Early feburary 09 stay

I organized a group of folks to go away the beginning of Feb 2009. This is an annual trip for this group of folks. Every year there seem to be new faces but the same core group of folks goes. This year we had about 10 folks in total that came away that weekend. Everyone had a place to sleep and with 3 floors this number works out very well. This particular year with money being tight etc we ate mostly at the house. Having a full kitchen and a dishwasher was a great convenience for that. We find the house is a great location for a weekend away. About a mile or so from Attitash and there are numerous other ski mountains within an easy drive. Some folks enjoy the outlet shopping. The mountain scenery in winter (anytime really) is spectacular. The house is clean and comfortable and everyone really enjoyed the weekend and was comfortable. We are already talking about the next trip. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.
