This Deluxe Duplex features over 1800 Square Feet, four bedrooms, two baths, and one outside shower. It sleeps Up to 10

We are located at 4940 Central Avenue, this duplex is 100 yards from the beach. Completely furnished and on a large 45 foot by 100 foot lot, with front and side garden. Master Bedroom with covered Deck. It sleeps ten people in Luxury and Comfort in these large rooms. MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, dresser mirror, chest, and TV.

Three rooms with two twin beds each, dresser, mirror, and TV. A queen sleeper in the Living room, plus a sofa. Two full Baths with tub and shower, and a outside shower with hot and cold water. A large covered FRONT PORCH with table and chairs, off street parking, and 5 beach tags.

    CHECK-IN Saturdays 2PM and Check-out by 10AM.

Date of stay July 2008 This house was exacty as noted in the description,very clean and inviting. It was the perfect layout for my grandchildern and the adults too. Plenty of space.Kitchen and eating area was very roomy. Bedrooms were large and very quiet for sleeping.A lounge chair or two would have made it perfect for a nap. Of course the very short walk to the beach was the best feature. We had the best week temperature wise and the ocean breeze was with us the whole week. We met the owner and he was very nice and informative. I would recommend this vacation house to friends and family.

This house was exactly as noted in the description, very clean and inviting. It was the perfect layout for my grandchildren and the adults too. Plenty of space. Kitchen and eating area was very roomy. Bedrooms were large and very quiet for sleeping. The porch and deck were relaxing. A lounge chair or two would have made it perfect for a nap. Of course the very short walk to the beach was the best feature. We had the best week temperature wise and the ocean breeze was with us the whole week. We met the owner and he was very nice and informative. I would recommend this vacation house to friends and family.
