Upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath top corner unit in 8 unit complex. Great views to Oceanfront and up the north coast. Brand new carpet! M king bed, full size bed, and sleeper. HOA allows no pets and also only 6 guests. 2 car tandem garage: 7'4" W x 8'2" H x 33

This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer season Sat to Sat only- we do make some exceptions in Early June and late August. Holidays have one week minimum but at times we can work around this so please call! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. Brand new Carpet installed March 2012! This condo is an upstairs north corner unit facing the ocean with a North View up the coastline. It offers full oceanviews from the living area, dining, kitchen, and a side view from the master bedroom. Available year round for up to 6 guests.Location Location Location!! This oceanfront 2 bed 2 bath is located in one of the best spots in South Mission Beach.

Located at the end of San Luis Rey Place and Oceanfront Walk in desirable south Mission Beach. This property is an upstairs unit with amazing views. Watch daily volley ball games and fabulous sunsets from inside or on your private balcony.

The living area is open into the dining and kitchen area. There is a sofa sleeper, Cable Television and did we mention the view??? The gas fireplace in the living room adds volumes to the romance factor of this beautiful beach house. Sliding doors adjoin the living room to your own private deck, complete with gas grill and patio table.

The kitchen is just off the living area and offers a sitting bar area. Fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and flatware. There is a coffee maker, microwave, oven/stovetop, blender and all you will need for your family meals. Lots of light comes into this property through skylight windows. Feel the oceans breeze and watch the sunset while you are making dinner.. it doesn't get much better than this! The open kitchen is perfect and the dining area is situated between the living area and kitchen.Full size washer and dryer inside the single level 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

The master bedroom offers a private oceanview deck as well as a king size bed and large bath tub and shower in the attached bathroom. There is also a small sofa that can be pulled out for little ones. Let the ocean sing you to sleep!

The 2nd bedroom offers a fullsize murphy bed. Perfect for family and to store out of the way in the day for a play area for the kids. Please check with us as this bed may not be suitable for smaller children. This home features a one car garage for a compact to midsize vehicle. If you have a larger car please call us for measurements. Please call prior to making a reservation for this property.

We loved the location, not too busy but lots of fun people watching, saw dolphins right outside the condo. Decor not fancy, and some of the things seemed on their last legs. Washing machine didn't want to work, couldn't figure out how to lock the sliding door, top oven didn't work. But the location was fabulous!

First I like to say that the location of the property is amazing. Deck overlooking the volleyball courts and beach have great view and sunsets beautiful. However the condo had a lot to be desired. Furniture, fans, faucets seemed pretty old and could use an update. No beach chairs and the umbrella was broken. Didn't even supply trash bags or kleenex tissue, soap for the bathrooms. Listing said there were ceiling fans but only one floor fan for master bedroom and an cheesy desk fan for the 2nd bedroom. For the money I expected a little nicer.

Just beautiful! We ate breakfast outside on the patio overlooking the beach. It was a 2 min drive to SeaWorld and a short walk to Belmont Park. Everything was as expected if not better! Had all the ammenities we needed and was very comfortable. The stairs were shorter than we thought and we would stay again in a heartbeat.
