The Kailua Beach Retreat is positioned in a wonderful location only 1/2 mile from the most beautiful beach in Hawaii! The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, over 2,000 square feet of interior space affording you only the most comfortable and relaxing vacation you could dream of. Home includes a gourmet kitchen, stocked with all appliances, large and small, with 4 grocery stores under a mile away. We provide all linens and towels including beach towels as well. The home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The dining area opens to a private courtyard, complete with BBQ grill and comfortable seating area.

Perfect Location for your home-away-from-home: Large 3 bedroom with Living room and full Kitchen House sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Large Lanai/patio with plenty of seating, ping-pong table and hot tub. Tuscany Gas BBQ. This house has a very relaxed feel that is great to come home to. It is approximately 1/3 MILE from famous Kailua Beach. It is situated in Kailua town about 3 blocks to the beach or a 1 minute drive to beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. Kailua has some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii with great snorkeling, clean bathrooms and snack bar, but not crowded like Waikiki. You can rent a kayak and explore 3 deserted islands in Kailua Bay. The Bay also has a nice surf spot at Flat Island and a rental shop for kayaks, wind surfing, diving gear, kite surfing, paragliding and more. Feel free to ask me where to eat or play. My wife and I stayed for two weeks in the fall. Not only was the vacation rental clean, and accurately listed, the surrounding location made our trip memorable. We were able to easily visit common tourist attractions (i.e. Diamond Head, Polynesian Cultural Center, Dole Plantation, etc.) and still come home to a peaceful, quiet environment. Rick and Marlo were also very accommodating, always willing to point out the best local restaurants...giving their rental a 'bed and breakfast' twist. We'd recommend the Kailua Beach Retreat to friends and strangers alike.
