This lovely townhome is located just 100 steps to South Mission Beach and a few minute walk to Mission Bay for more great family beach. This property offers a ground level patio area with gas BBQ, patio seating and french doors that enter into the living area and open kitchen area. This area is fully fenced and perfect for little ones. There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground level with a master bedroom up the spiral staircase that offers a full bathroom, additional outdoor patio/balcony, TV, and a king bed. The downstairs bedrooms offer a queen bed in one room and a full and twin in the 2nd room. There is a queen futon for sleeping in the living area. This home offers a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a couple of bikes for your use, high speed Internet and 2 car tandem parking (please call for measurements to assure that your vehicle can be accommodated in this parking area.) This property is available year round and we offer some alternate properties within walking for larger groups.

Mission Beach area: Mission Beach is located just 15 miles from downtown San Diego. There are many local attractions within walking as well as short driving distance. Mission Beach is known for its long lovely white sandy beach. Perfect for runners, beach combing, surfing, boogie boarding, and long walks. The area is surrounded by a boardwalk that allows bikes, roller blades, skate boarding, and walking. It stretches 5 miles long North into Pacific Beach. Mission Bay is just a across the main blvd and offers many water attractions. Skiing, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, sailing and more. Seaworld is only a few minutes drive from anywhere in Mission Beach/Bay. The San Diego Zoo is a short 15 minute drive, Lego land is about 45 min drive, The Wild Animal Park is also about 45 mins. La Jolla is another great area that is about 20 minute drive up the coast. You can take the scenic drive and follow it up to some fabulous beaches. The Steven Birch Aquarium is another great site to take in in the La Jolla area.

Year round destination: Year Round destination. We have a wonderful summer season here in San Diego but it is fabulous weather year round. Some days are in the 80's in the winter season when we get a famous Santa Ana. Other days require a sweater and on occasion you may need an umbrella. Great for business travelers that can bring the family. We offer other homes near by for groups traveling together or family reunions. We also offer discounts for wedding accommodations.

Golfing: There are many fabulous golf courses located near the Mission Beach area.
