Best Experience with a Rental Home!!

My stay at this residence was perfect in every way. A group of 9 of us filed in on Friday afternoon and stayed through Sunday midday. The owner, Michael, was extremely open and helpful throughout the entire process - from signing the lease, to heating the pool, to answering minor detail questions that I emailed him along the way.
The pictures do not do this home justice - all of us were wowed at the views, the layout of the home, and the amenities in and around the property. The shape of the house lends itself to a big party - the bedrooms are all on one end of the house, providing for a quiet, restful night's sleep, away from those who choose to stay up a bit later and hang out in the common areas.
There are several gathering spaces in the house, including the sunny dining room, which we took full advantage of, and the living room is at the complete opposite end of the house, so that people watching a movie on the massive tv won't be bothering the conversation going on at the dining table or those still trying to sleep in the opposite wing.
We were in need of nothing in the kitchen. We made everything from chicken to brownies, needing only to buy the food - all other supplies, and even basics like salad dressing, were there for us to use. Also, there were plenty of towels for showers and the pool - there is absolutely no need to pack your car full of supplies before coming to Michael's place - he even has bikes that you can use on the nearby bike trails! In addition, just around the corner was a grocery store, Jamba Juice, and many other eateries, which helped cut out our driving time immensely.
This was my first time renting a home in Palm Springs, and it could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering renting a home for the weekend, or, even better, for the whole week! Just come, relax, and enjoy!
