Before we even arrived, it was a pleasure dealing with Ross and Karen. On walking in, we immediately noticed the cleanliness of the cabin, the tasteful and comfortable decor, and of course, the floor to ceiling windows that open to a beautiful view of sky and trees and lake. The cabin's layout was perfect for us, with plenty of space for more than one family, and we were grateful for the computer for teens who can't be without one. The deck was where we spent most time--large with comfortable chairs for watching eagles, herons, and loons. We were very happy with the forested seclusion of the property and with the quiet. It was relaxing taking out the pontoon boat for leisurely rides with the whole family, often fishing or swimming off it. The lake was quiet overall, with just the few regular fishing boats skirting around. It was helpful that town was close, with a few stores for all our basic needs. We'd definitely return to enjoy another week of complete relaxation.
