Beautiful fully furnished and well maintained second floor (only 1.5 flights of stairs) 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium with great ocean view. This unit is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, ball field, and fishing pier in the center of quiet Surfside Beach. Direct beach access to one of the finest beaches in South Carolina. Building has large private swimming pool and parking for two cars. Laundry/Storage room has full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom opens onto balcony. See below for newly remodeling that has taken place and new pictures will be on this website by the end of February at the latest New kitchen cabinets. New ceramic tiling throughout the foyer, laundry room, kitchen, dinning and living room. New wall to wall carpeting in hall way and both bedrooms. New ceramic tile and two new handicapped toilets and baths. New painting throughout the entire unit including bathrooms. New refrigerator and stove. New lighting fixtures in both bathrooms
