Brilliant quiet location near to metro and within walking distance of Notre Dame. We are a family of 5 and were accommodated well. The apartment was as described and clean. The handover was excellent as was the e-correspondence prior to our visit. Near to boulangerie and supermarket. Would go again!

A perfect family getaway

We loved our 5 night stay at this appartment. It was modern, cozy, comfortable, spacious and very clean. It was fully stocked with everything a family of 4 would need. The pull out bed in the living room was as comfortable as the other beds in the two bedrooms. The location of the appartment was fantastic, with two bakeries, cafes, the market, cheese and deli shops, a great wine shop, a supermarket and great restaurants, creperies and Gelato shops all within a short walking distance. The surrounding neighbourhood was also very pleasant and it was a very nice area. The metro stations were also very close by. Jerome, the owner, was very prompt in responding to any questions we had before and after we booked the property. Because he responded so quickly and answered all my questions, it made us feel very comfortable about the rental. We were greeted very well and made to feel at home. I would highly recommend a stay at this appartment. The listing information and pictures are very accurate and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect home base in Paris

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights in August. The flat is very comfortable and well laid out. The owners live here part of the year and the small details of a lived-in home make a huge difference. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are big. The decor is modern yet very cozy. The pull out wall bed in the living room was very comfortable. The flat has excellent cross breezes and was a cool retreat after a long day in the sun. The balcony in the back was nice too.

One of our suitcase was lost on the way from California. Having the computer withinternet was very handy. The printer was also useful as we used it to print relevant travel info for the rest of our trip.

The location is excellent. Rue Muffetard is 5 mins away. Many restaurants on Les Gobelins and Rue Monge. Supermarket at the foot of Rue Muffetard. A Monoprix is a few blocks down on Les Gobelins.

Moderm, roomy, prime, central, quiet location

Very comfortable, unusually roomy modern apartment in quiet street around the corner from dozens of eateries and Boulevardes and Markets. Furnished as a residence rather than rental property it is very modern, chic and well laid out. Fit our family of 4 very easily.

Very handy to have PC/internet. Very close to 2 metro stations and buses. Brilliant Boulangerie at the end of the street.

A True Home Away

This was our first Home Away rental and we couldn't have had a better experience. The elegant apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, even for a family of five, with every amenity. It is in a nice, quiet area only minutes from the Metro and the heart of the city. There is an excellent boulangerie on the corner, and a supermarket down the street, with lots of restaurants, too. Jerome, our host, was most helpful. I would highly recommend it.
