Wonderful, sunny lake front property with 1.2 grassy acres, a 34 foot dock and a sandy semi-private beach. Home contains 5 bedrooms that sleep 12, 2 full new bathrooms and a screen porch that has a 12 person Adirondack table. Located on Dunham's Bay which is five miles from Lake George Village on the south end of the lake. Rentals for 2009 are over. The 2010 season is filling fast with only June remaining.

We were pleased with the house! Close to the Village and easy driving to Saratoga and Glens Falls. The grocery store was a little far, but no big deal. The descriptions were great and the house was as expected. I would recommend this property to large groups, although on rainy days you could get some cabin fever :-) The only thing that I would recommend are some written instructions for the use of the DVD/VCR and TV for those people who are less techologically inclined. We spent alot of time hanging out on the porch and lawn and a day or 2 shopping at the outlets. Nice laid-back, quite area.
