This gated community offers a large, heated family pool as well as an adult pool. Take a short walk down a sandy path, bordered by old Florida trees and seagrape, then under a roofed gazebo and let your heart skip a beat at the breathtaking view of our expansive beach and ocean. In the evening, take flashlights, tiki lights and chairs and spend a balmy night, watching the sunset and moonrise sipping your favorite drinks with family and friends. Have breakfast or lunch on the patio enclosed by a 6' wooden privacy fence and enjoy the Live Oak trees overhead. Enjoy the dining room with wrought-iron winebar and glasses and the comfortable living room with leather sofa and loveseat with 2 recliners in each. This is just a taste of what we offer. Come and see for yourself!

Next to the kitchen is seating for 4 at a lovely wicker dining room table. In addition, seating for 4 is provided at the kitchen bar. A sliding glass door in the kitchen offers easy access to the comfortable screened patio. A full bath and laundry room is also available on the first floor. Ceiling fans are included in every room. Silk plants, artwork and warm woods make you feel like you are in the islands. The living room offers leather sofa and loveseat which includes 2 recliners in each that add to the comfort of TV watching.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds and ample dressers. Each has sliding glass door to the upstairs deck. Each bedroom has a TV. All towels and beach towels, 4 canvas beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling cooler are provided for you. We also provide 2 single aero beds if needed. We hope that you will come and stay with us! We know you will want to return again and again!

Karin(60), Oskar(63), Tina(30), Christian(28) were in your house for 2 weeks in December 2008. All there was fine, nothing missing. We felt like staying in our homes in Germany. All the furniture inside, you did it with love. For us it was very comfortable. All was clean, enough stuff inside. Also the rate for your house is ok. Thank you for staying there.
We will come back again in December 2009 for three weeks.

A very cosy house

The house is very cosy, everithing is here to permit you to spend a very nice time with your family.
We were near the sea. It was the first time we went to Florida and we really enjoy the state and the people.
A good adress.
