Only 3 blocks from Lake Michigan, this home is located in the heart of South Haven, at 513 Indiana Ave. Completely renovated 3 bedroom home features hardwood floors and 2 sparkling clean ceramic tile baths. Spacious 1st floor master bedroom with cathedral ceiling and 2 closets. There are two upstairs bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other one with two single beds. New kitchen fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Enclosed 3 season porch for relaxing and a back deck for grilling. Parking in driveway accommodates two to three vehicles. Leave the car and bike or walk to downtown or beach which is only three blocks from the house.Saugatuck is a 25 minute drive, continue driving north to Holland or Grand Haven. Great shopping, antiquing, eating, biking, swimming, blueberry picking, golfing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Very Relaxing Stay

This home worked out great for my family of five. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was a plus. Very open floor plan plus sun porch was like having an extra room. Close to beach and town. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The house is situated on a lovely tree-lined street--a short distance to the beach and town. We love how open the main floor is--kitchen & living area all together. The porch is delightful anytime of the day --morning coffee with a book, or glass of wine and a Scrabble game. We were happy to have bikes with us--wonderful trails and just a great way to get around the city. Wonderful place --highly recommend.

Fabulous vacation destination

This is a terrific location to enjoy the summer activities in South Haven, MI. Whether it was antiquing, reading at the beach, putting a puzzle together on the closed in porch, bicycling, picking blueberries or simply hanging out with three generations of family, this home was great. It was a lovely place to escape it all for a week. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation rental

We stayed in this lovely home for our very first family vacation with our three year old and 10 month old. The house was perfect for our kids and us -- and so close to the beach, Kids Corner Park and downtown South Haven. We parked the car and walked most of the week! The house is very nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need, especially if you have kids (washer / dryer and dishwasher). The owner was wonderful in assisting us with questions before our trip. We highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation House!

My family of six stayed here in August, 08 and absolutely loved the house. Everything is freshly painted and so cute. It's a short 3 block walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee and reading every morning on the enclosed front porch. The town of South Haven is great and within walking distance with shops, restaurants and a movie theater. We will definitely return!
