We are on a lovely, protected cove on the North side of Lake Travis, directly across from Lakeway. The Pier Restaurant and marina is a short block away. The Members Only neighborhood pool, exercise facilities and library is also just a short block away. A card key to use these facilities is included. We are 2 blocks from the Golf course and Pro shop. It is a wonderful 9-hole course that will awe you with the views and challenge your golfing skills all the while being watched by numerous White Tail Deer. You will have access to a Members Only park less than a mile away where you can launch your boat, enjoy a great fresh water beach, grill, picnic, hike, play in the recently updated childrens park or play basketball.

A new stainless steel Gas grill on main deck is provided for convenience and accessibility to the kitchen. Another gas grill is provided on the lower deck for when you want to grill closer to the water and all the action on Lake Travis off the private boat dock. There are more than enough dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee cups and wine glasses for your convenience. Assorted basic spices are provided.

We were here July 6 through 13 and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were prefect for our needs. The owner was gracious and a pleasure to work with. An adjacent guest was interested in comparing their condo to ours. She was very impressed with our condo and requested contact information which we provided. This is a definite return vacation spot.

Great house for a large family, multiple levels inside and out provide lots of space. We were there July 4th and it was quiet and peaceful!! Water was perfect temperature and beautiful in our photos!

We had a wonderful time staying in your lake house this week. The sunrises were magnificient from your deck and so was the view of the lake. A great time to visit because it was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the cable and DVD player.
