Luxurious Windsor Palms, free internet and phone, family friendly features.With an extra wide cul de sac lot and with a pool that is not overlooked, our guests enjoy terrific privacy in one of the premier resorts in the Disney vicinity. We have a south facing pool with kiddy pool and stand alone hot tub. Numerous child friendly features (pool safety nets, real kiddy pool, cot/crib, room monitors, stroller, PlayStation II). All bedrooms have TVs. FREE telephone calls within the US or abroad and high speed internet. Our villa is spacious and beautifully decorated. The 2 main master bedrooms each have a private bath (1 king, 1 queen). The 2 twin rooms share a bath. The large lounge, kitchen & nook overlook the pool and extended deck. Windsor Palms is 3.5 miles from Disney main entrance. The resort features a clubhouse and recreation centre where free facilities include: cinema with surround sound, gym, billiards, video games, sundry shop , business/internet centre & Olympic sized pool

Additional information about rental rates

  • The three weeks of Easter, and Christmas & New Year week are $1155 per week. Minimum of a week's booking. Saturday to Saturday bookings required only during Easter, Christmas & New Year unless otherwise agreed.
  • Pool heat (recommended from October - March) is $25/day.
    Use of Spa/Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of $100. This covers cost of cleaning, refilling & heating prior to each arrival.
    Florida tax of 13% is EXCLUDED and will be added to all above costs.
  • The minimum rental period is five nights. Rentals of less than seven nights incur an $95 cleaning charge.
    Costs INCLUDE utilities (including air-conditioning), cleaning of villa prior to your arrival, weekly maintenance of pool during your stay, all linens and towels.
    All local or international telephone calls are free of charge as is high speed internet access.
    For periods greater than a week, special deals may be available.

Our guests enjoy added privacy as there are no neighbours to the rear and adjacent homes are some distance away because of our extra wide lot.
