Beautifully renovated, top floor (4th floor) condominium in charming, low-rise complex with direct, second tier, gulf-front views! If you are tired of all the hustle and bustle of high-rise condominiums, check out this family-oriented complex. The boardwalk leads directly to the white sands of Orange Beach! You'll appreciate the covered parking and elevator, along with all the special touches in the condo, including new 42' high def TV!! The unit has a vaulted ceiling,and lots of updates including queen-sized sleeper sofa (in living room), bedding, bedroom furniture, pillow top king mattress in the master bedroom, dishes, ceiling fans, new ceramic tile floors throughout, kitchen appliances, etc. The upstairs loft with two twin beds makes a great extra bedroom and is a wonderful place for the children to hang out with TV, DVD, CD player, games, puzzles, and hand held games. High speed internet access!! The pool has been recently updated. Gazebo for cookouts too!
