Welcome to our 4 bedroom 3 bath 1800 sq.ft. Mediterranean style pool home. Our villa includes upgraded landscaping, stucco finish with recessed windows, tile roofs, fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, verticals, spacious pool and Jacuzzi with paver deck area, pool screen enclosure, upgraded furniture package and many more custom features Great Room: The living room has a 27' television, Sony Play Station, DVD player and cable tv. Kitchen: All appliances Tile flooring Cookware and table setting for 10 guests Washer and dryer in utility room Bedrooms: 1: Master bedroom with King bed, private bath and TV with digital satellite 2: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath TV with digital satellite 3: Two Twin beds. 4: Two Twin beds. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom. Pool: Large private heated pool with covered patio. Patio has four chairs and two loungers with an umbrella table located under covered lanai.

Perfect place especially if traveling w/ children.

This house was perfect. There were 6 adults traveling w/ 2 children (ages 9 & 2). You are about 15-20 min away from Disney parks; we were able to go home during the day w/ the kids to allow for down time. The house is very clean. The owners and maintenance people are extremely nice and responsive. I recommend the renter pay for the heat for the pool. Temps outside ranged between 50 deg and 92 deg, the pool was very cold w/o the heat on. It's worth the money to come home from the parks and relax pool side. Very close to Wal-Mart & a Publix. This by far was the best and cheapest possible option for our group of travelers. Thank you for the great vacation.
Owner's Response: There are multiple ways to get to Disney. Some can take longer than others, but you can get there in about 10 minutes, depending on the route and traffic.

Almost Perfect

Location was very convenient - roomy and very attractive home. My grandson loved the pool, but was a bit dissapointed since no games for the Playstation were on-site. Recommend you list Playstation 2/without games for future families. The on-site mgt. team greeted us and were most gracious. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc.

Owner's Response: I am very glad everyone enjoyed their stay. I am sorry it was not clear that games are not provided for the PS2. Guests are welcome to bring their own or rent some from a local video store. I do my best to try to be as clear about what to expect in our rental home. I am glad everyone enjoyed the house and all the other great amenities offered in this home and neighborhood despite the video games.
