Come and relax! This exceptional three story, blue cedar shingle home is located right on the water. Look out most windows (including four of the bedrooms, the great room and kitchen) and see the ocean. Open the windows and hear the surf. The home has a large back deck with a table for dining outdoors. In addition, there is a private hot tub in which you can sit, relax and have a magnificent view of the ocean's majesty. If you descend the stairs off the back deck, then you are right on the beach. Our home is in a family-oriented community, Cape Shores, in a quiet, former whaling town, Lewes. Cape Shores also has tennis courts, a pier for fishing, and a pool with life guards. Located only a few minutes drive from Lewes are: tax-free shopping outlets, restaurants, a water park, miniature golf and the honkey-tonk of a boardwalk with games and rides for the kids. Want more? Less than a mile away is the Cape May-Lewes ferry; take a ride and you can visit all its quaint Victorian homes.

This house was great! More than we expected. My family and I had so much fun. The kids were never bored. There are things to do for all ages. Very family oriented community where you feel safe and welcome. The house came with boogie-boards, bikes, fishing gear and lots of games. The location was convenient to everything. We were sad to leave and already can't wait to go back!
