Enjoy 125' of frontage on the Muskegon River just below Hardy Dam with access by boat down river to Croton Pond. This home is an excellent fishing, hunting, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, tubing and snowmobiling location. For the hunters who rent this house they will have access rights to 100's of acres of Consumer's Energy across the river or across the street. Take the kids across the street to the county park, snowmobile or quad from the front yard to the many trails nearby or enjoy the best salmon and steelhead fishing outside your door. Shop the quaint shops 2 doors down or downtown 5 miles away. Nearby is Lake Michigan, horse-back riding, North Country Trail, and Michigan Adventure or JJ Ranch Amusement/Waterpark(s). This is an excellent vacation spot for your favorite sport or just for a family get together/vacation. It has been completely remodeled in rustic decor. Enjoy the large hickory cabinet kitchen w/stainless steel appliances and 8 Foot Bar, Flat Screen TV & home theater.

The cable did not work in the T.V. Also the air mattress in one of the bedrooms had a slow leak and by morning time we were sleeping on floor! The house location is great and the house itself is very well stocked and supplied. It is also clean and nicely decorated. It looks like it has just recently been remodeled. I would stay here again, but just be aware that if you plan on watching a lot of TV that the cable in that area does not come in well.

The home is lovely and the view is beautiful. It is very spacious with some great ambiance, I loved the kitchen and the deck! There are stairs leading down to the river and a fire pit down near the river and a pit near the house which was cool. The home included everything you need i.e. plates, silverware, dishwasher, towels, linens, etc. Just note that not all 4 bedrooms have beds, one room has a futon and one has an airmattress (I didn't catch that in the description originally- my bad), there are queen beds in the other two rooms. The manager of the rental was very helpful, responsive and flexible which I really appreciated.
