Surroundings and pool:
Exceptional location within easy reach of all the attractions of this most famous, historic and picturesque region of South West France. The region contains more listed architecture than anywhere in France except Paris. The swimming pool is a generous 5 metres by 10 metres. Fully enclosed by low sympathetic fencing, with lockable gates and alarm for the safety of children. Pool depth is 0.9 metres for the first 1.5 metres then slopes to 2.1 metres at the deep end for diving. At the shallow end are four 'Roman End' steps. Spacious decked and paved sunbathing areas on three sides afford super views across the meadow and the valley. The pool is heated to 25°c free of charge and filters automatically needing no attention as it is maintained weekly. Terrace large area fronting the whole length of the house laid to flower beds, paving and gravel. Large outdoor dining table and chairs. Gas barbecue. The table tennis table is in a shaded area of hard-standing beyond the terrace.
Accommodation ground floor:
Kitchen/dining room - with exposed stone walls, beamed ceiling and door to terrace. Equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven. Pull-up high chair. Living room - also has exposed stone walls and ceiling timbers, and a wood-burning stove within the original inglenook fireplace, sofas, English television digitally via satellite, DVD, Video. A selection of music/video tapes, books and board games. Telephone for incoming/outgoing calls.

Bedroom 1 - twin beds.
Bedroom 2 - single bed and folding cot leading via a (lockable) door to bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 - is accessed from bedroom 2 or from the terrace. It has an non-working inglenook fireplace and its own door to the terrace, a double bed and a door to an en suite shower room including shower cubicle, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.

The roof has been beautifully restored with the original 'A-frame' roof structure exposed and revealed as a stunning feature, numerous beams and exposed stonework. There are far-reaching views across the valley. The living room and one bedroom are double-aspect.
Living room:
With sofas, a second English television digitally via satellite dish, DVD, video and telephone. Internet broadband point for your own laptop.
Bathroom - vanity unit, toilet and small-sized bath with shower attachment.
Bedroom 4:
Built-in air conditioning, vanity unit with basin and twin beds.
Bedroom 5:
Within a traditional 'Pigeonnier Tour' with french windows affording great views down the valley. Built-in air conditioning and king size bed.
En-suite shower room - with toilet, vanity unit with basin and shower cubicle.
Air conditioning has reversible heating during cooler spells.
Outside:
Utility room - washing machine, tumble dryer.
