Villa Magna Residences is a gated community offering 24 hour security with on-site property manager. Located a short walk to Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants as well as 24 hour medical assistance. We are 15 minutes to the international airport and 20 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Our condo is located adjacent to 'Dreams Villa Magna' an all-inclusive 5-star resort. Here you will find full service restaurants, spa, gym and kids club available to guests at a reduced rate.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite, including jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent bathroom. The den or third bedroom is equipped with a double pull-out. Top quality linens and duvets are used throughout.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking utensils. Fridge with filtered water, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A full size washer and dryer are also included. Flat screen TV with satellite and internet hook-up.

Known as the 'best beach in the Bay of Banderes' Nuevo Vallarta has everything a beach holiday can offer. You can walk along the beach to the small town of Bucerius, experiance the people, the food, and the traditions of Mexico.

Take a trip to Old Town Puerto Vallarta and enjoy local artists, as you walk the Art Gallery tour. Shop and experience the tourist sites of the Malecon and barter at the flea market. Puerto Vallarta, and Nuevo Vallarta offer numerous dining, from casual, traditional to fine dining that is world renowned.

Golf at near by Flamingos, El Tigre, or Mayan Palace. Just to name a few. If you would rather pamper yourself, then book a Spa day at one of the large hotels. You can even have a massage, while listening to the waves of the ocean. You don't even have to leave our beach.

A little play in mind, then look for para sailing, snorkeling, or even take a jungle tour and swing on the 'Canopy' line. Book a fishing trip, or have fun on a Pirate Ship.
